Adam Schooley is a seasoned leader in public administration and community development with more than two decades of experience in social services, housing systems, and government operations. He has served in pivotal roles with the City of Spokane, Spokane County, and multiple nonprofit organizations, consistently guiding teams and programs through complex transitions while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and impact.
Adam has built his career around advancing equity, stability, and opportunity for vulnerable populations. His expertise includes government funding compliance, HUD and State Commerce programs, housing policy, and strategic program development.
Adam’s professional journey reflects his deep commitment to collaboration and system change. From administering federal housing resources and directing community development initiatives, to leading cross-sector partnerships and stabilizing city departments during leadership turnover, he has demonstrated the ability to balance pragmatism with vision. He is passionate about using data, policy, and partnerships to create environments where individuals and communities not only stabilize but thrive.
