Shante Williams is a trauma-informed leader and powerful advocate for women reclaiming their lives from incarceration, addiction, and systemic harm. Raised in Spokane and a proud mama of three, her life and work are shaped by first-hand knowledge of the barriers women face and by an unshakable belief in their ability to heal, grow, and thrive. Shante has spent years building community-rooted solutions that treat women as the experts in their own healing, always centering dignity, agency, and possibility.

Shante brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her role, with certifications and training in Peer Support (CCAR), Group Facilitation, Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI), Effective Trauma Care, and Interpersonal Neurobiology through the Mindsight Institute. For her, change isn’t just a concept, it's a long-term commitment. With years of experience across recovery, reentry, and systems navigation, she meets women exactly where they are, in courtrooms, hospitals, city council meetings, or moments of quiet reflection. Shante shows up where it matters most, helping women navigate complex systems, celebrate milestones, and reconnect to their own power.

Outside of her work, Shante is fueled by movement, creativity, and care. She finds joy in rafting, traveling, and roller skating, and expresses her love through cooking. Personal or professional, she strives to create environments where people can feel rooted, seen, and inspired to thrive.
